I have a TZT 14 that powers up for 3-7 sec then unit shuts off?? voltage at unit plug is 13.6 volts constant... just started doing this .. Any Ideas unit is only 8 month old.
Check the voltage while the unit is powered on. It could be you have no current behind that voltage and it pulls down once a load is put on it. If the power doesn't pull down, then remove all cables from the display except the power cable. Also remove your chart cards and then try powered it up.
