I see that my previous thread was closed; but, I thought it would be worthwhile posting the solution to this problem.
Johnny Electron noted that the lack of sync between TZ Navigator and the TZT2 should be dealt with by Time Zero Support.
After a lot of back and forth with William at TZ Support, (he was a great help BTW), it turns out the new Dell Windows 11 laptop came with a trial version of McAfee Antivirus software. That software had firewall settings in place that were preventing the laptop from sending the sync information to the MFD. Turning off McAfee's firewall solved the issue.
So, if anyone else should have this issue, check your antivirus firewall settings as that may be the source of the problem.
