I am hoping... I have played with this on my iPad and love the ability to adjust the density of the bathometry lines and are the charts that I have been wanting to see since the day I got my first units.

Yeah i've had iboat on my iphone and ipad for a while, talk about a nice new update....

if they allow PBG overlays to be uploaded.. oh man

Is this our future?

Seems as if Furuno is making a big move to get away from being shackled by mapping partners like Navionics and CMaps. Most of the relief shading data out there is publically available and free from NOAA. Wouldn't it be interesting if Furuno were to add that data to their maps, I mean, if Navionics, CMAPs, StrikeLines, and CMOR can do it, there is no reason Furuno couldn't do it as well.
