Transducer location 20ft aluminum with motor bracket

I am planning to get this 20ft built and equipt with a DFF3D and an Airmar Medium Ultra-Wide/High Wide Chirp transducers. The photos are from another owner of the same boat. The existing transducer on that boat is not at an ideal location at speed. The haul strakelets may push a lot of bubbles. Here are my options.
1. Thru-hull transducers one on the port side and the other on the starboard side of the centerline between the first set of strakelets.
2. The motor bracket has a 16 deg same as the hull but it also has a slight slope, tipping the motor up a few degrees so I don't know if this is going impact the thru-hull transducers scanning more to the rear.
3. The motor bracket can be modified to eliminate the centerline with a 6-8 inch flat surface for the thru-hull transducers. But they will be inline so the bottom transducer may get a lot of bubbles from the front transducer. And they may create cavitation for the motor since they are directly in front of the motor.
4. Put a thru-hull transducer on the starboard side of the hull and a transom mount on the starboard side of the motor bracket.

You guys have any suggestions. Thanks
