Transducer for DFF1

I have a DFF1 that is connected to a VX2 and also a TZT2. Today, my transom mounted transducer hit something and ripped off (gone). I'm thinking a thru hull and am told the B260 would be best. Can anyone give their opinion here. This is a 30ft center console and I fish out to 2,000 ft.

I suppose that you are switching the transducer between the two systems, because a TZT2 and Vx2 would never be allowed on the same Ethernet? Yes, I think the B260 is the matched transducer for the DFF1 in my experience. It is one of my favorite when the B164 is my least liked.
