My unit turns on but all the icons on the top are x out. message says system unavailable and 22 starts left. navigation chart does appear . any ideas how to reopen system or correct problem

This is an easy fix. With you NN3D powered up press menu and scroll down to "System". From there press the enter knob and choose "Installation Wizard". When the Installation Wizard starts, make sure DHCP is set to "ON". Click Next. Let the Wizard run through and pick up all your other network gear. Make sure you let it go through it 30 second countdown. Don't click next until it's done. Once this has completed, back out of the Wizard, reboot your MFD12 and you'll be good to go from there. Please let us know if you need any other info.
