I m looking the menu for get the system id on the GP3700, confirm if into the system the CAN ID is the number correct for request the charst code unloock...

You should have received it in the installation materials. Please contact Furuno Technical Support and request "Deep Sea Technical Support." That product is a commercial GPS Chart Plotter, this forum is more for Light Marine recreational products such as the TZTouch.
