Status icons on MFD12 MFD8 setup

Hi, I have a NN3D setup with a MFD12 as the master and MFD8 as slave. The status icons on the MFD12 are all active except the weather icon, which I don't have active and shows and "x" though that status icon. On the MFD8, however. there is an "x" through the depth sounder as well, I have the DFF setup on the master as the sounder and both units are displaying the depth correctly, Just wanted to ask to see if the X through the sounder icon is normal on the MFD8 slave.

Any info/comments much appreciated

You either need to run the setup wizard on the MFD8 and save and exit, or go into your menu under fishfinder and pick your sounder source (or both). If you do these items it will take the X off.

Simply reconfiguring the sounder on the MFD8 solved the issue, thought I had done that previously. Thanks for the help.
