Sounder Pop-up bar question

When in sounder mode, alone or with other things, my pop-up bar does not look like nor offer the adjustments as the one I see online or in the manual.

Mine has Depth and Range in white at the top
Then in blue going down
New Point
Goto
Frequency
Mode
Adjust
Auto Range

The one I see online and in the manual has at the top
Frequency
Mode
Adjust
A-scope
Auto Range
A-Scope
Temperature
Bottom
Accufish
Fish alarm

I'd like to be able to use the one with all the choices. What do I do to make that appear?
