Should all mfd starts at the same time?

I have a mfd12 master and mfd8 slave. They shut down together but I wonder if there is something that I should have done so that they start together ? Because right now they are not.

The system should come up together and go down together. If not coming up together, there is something wrong with your power sync setup with the HUB101 or network.
