Shake down fish finder not working

So got out with the new electronics installed last December. Yes it was a long winter. Anyway I have a 455 side scan and a B175M for the fish finder. Side scan I got a better picture on the starboard side vs the port. Selected the transducer adjustment in one of the menus and it looked like both pictures switched sides. So I’m guessing the side scan transducer needs to be adjusted. We tried every setting we could find and no help. As for the bottom transducer our auto range was all over the place. Again we messed with anything we could find and although we eventually got what looked like a picture it was obviously reading the death wrong compared to the actual depth which was reading accurate on the side scan.
I did find presets and all three were the same. I believe all three were wrong for the transducer I have. But not knowing I can’t be sure, why I’m posting. I will upload three presets. I changed number one and two to what I think the setting should be. Number three is what all three were initially set at when I got the boat back. I’m not sure what center frequency is so I guessed it should be set to the center of the range for the transducer which in this case the range for a B175M is 85-135.
So I set it at 110???
Does this seem logical?
Thanks for any insight.

CaptSpike,

Make sure that the transducer's [MODEL] is set for the B175M, and the center frequency is selected for 110kHz.

Model was set for B175M. Initial presets were all the same (see preset 3, only one I didn’t change). I’m guessing that’s why it didn’t work. The installer has a technician coming down Friday to check out the FF and the side scan shitty picture.
Apparently the selection to correct mis aligned transducer just mirrors the readout. I was told on thru hull mounts a lot of times they get put in facing the wrong direction. That setting allows them to “fix” the problem without removing the transducer and reinstall it correctly. So doesn’t apply to what was happening with me.
