Settings for FCV-585 with B164

[Fishing time]

Hi all. I’m just wondering what settings you run for this combo? My 50Khz works good but when in. Shallower water I run 200Khz I have to have my gain all the way up to see anything.
What transducer type have you selected? 1kw or 50/20-1T? Bit lost with mine. Been using the 50Khz everywhere lately.

Fishing Time,
Selecting a different transducer won't change the sounders overall performance. The reason there are different transducers in the menu is to program the different beam widths for the ACCU-FISH and the Bottom Discrimination modes. Can you post a screen shot showing both frequencies for us, one drifting and the other at 10 knots?
