SAT Photo Update

Are there any plans to update the SAT Photos? They are many years out of date. Thanks...

Before I pose the question to MapMedia, are you asking about the free USA high Res SATs or other area.

Yes. It is the free high Rez SAT photos that come with the TZT2 and I'm assuming others.

Very few SATs are pre-loaded but many US coastline SATs and river SATs are available for download. I will ask MapMedia what the update plan is and revert.

Should we assume since there has been no reply that there is no update plan? This is a nice feature but the value diminishes as the data ages.

MapMedia (charting company that provides charts for these units) said they do not have any updates for the US Sat Photos currently scheduled. They are studying options but don't have any dates established.
