Got this dome for free today, need to find cable and screen. Having no luck on google figuring out which ones it needs.

That dome (RSB110-070) is an 18" 2.2KW dome sold from year 2003. It would normally connect to a RDP143 (NN1) or RDP148 (Vx2) display. These 7" displays would create a radar called 1723C (NN1) or 1724C (Vx2). The displays and cables are no longer available. You would need to look for them on the used market.
