RSB-0073 antenna unit Cabel RW-9771 10M

Help please, does anybody have a RW -9771 10m antenna cable or know where to get one? I picked up this used antenna and PS-008 power supply, but the cable was cut off at the base and was missing, can I use a different cable? any help would be appreciated. thank you
