Rollback from 2.13 to 2.11 ?

I would like to know if it is supported to rollback an MFD running 2.13 to 2.11. I have a hard to diagnose issue with connectivity between FAX30 and MFD and since it was working in 2.11 i would like to rule out any other factor.

Yes you can reprogram the unit and roll it back to an older version. You will need to contact tech support for the needed software.
