Replacing tzt 14&9

I recently purchased a boat running the older Tzt14 and 9’s and I’m wanting to upgrade. I only have enough space to direct drop in the 14 and I’m unsure of which direction to go? Tz2 vs tz3. Which is a direct replacement? I know I’ll have to swap out the 9’s if I go tz3 due to file format. Will other peripherals work with tz3?

So there is no direct replacement size wise when going from TZT14 to TZT2 or 3.
The TZTL15F and TZT16F are about .5 inches bigger all the away around if you follow the flush mount template for the hole.

Yeah, I think it will be slightly too big. but you can always pull out the unit and measure.
