Re-Purposing RSB-0071?

All - Thanks in advance! I bought an older boat with a RSB-0071 antenna and was wondering if it can be used with any more current chart/mapping technology. I was thinking of a mid-range Lowrance (Elite fs9) or Simrad. Mark

You would need that number you provided, along with the last three digits of the FCC ID on the sticker on the back of the pedestal to positively identify what model radar that is.
However, I can say that it will not work on any modern digital equipment and certainly not on any non-Furuno product.
