RDP149 Position Error

We have two RDP149 units on board, one at the lower helm and one on the fly bridge. All of the connections except for the BB1 sounder are at the lower helm unit ( AIS, Radar, GP32, NavPilot) and the two RDP149s are networked.
We also run Coastal Explorer on a laptop. The main helm RDP149 shows the boat position in error by 50-100m. The flybridge RDP149 agrees with Coastal Explorer exactly and is correct, we just came through a narrow channel and the lower helm unit had us on the Island beside us.
This is a recent problem, I had thought is was the outdated GP32 but not so.
Any ideas on where to look to correct this

It sounds like someone setup a chart offset on that lower unit. Try to reset any offset that might have been inadvertently entered.
