RD-30 to RD-33

Are all the wire connectors the same for both?
Meaning, can I do a swap of just the display and plug the existing wires rt in?
thanks

ive Followed the wiring instructions but the RD33 doesn't seem to see the BT100 sensor. It does see the PG700 heading sensor and MFD's through the N2K spine but not the BT100

Do I need to run an additional N2K pigtail to power for that sensor in addition to the N2k drop cable going to the spine?

BT100 is a Fusion audio device. I am unclear what you are doing. Can you post a wiring diagram of what you are configuring?

Is the B122 going into your backbone or do you have it plugged into the RD33 via the NMEA0183 port?

The cord coming from the b122 I cut and wired to a block (blue and white wire) then had a cable that came w the rd33 which I plugged into the 0183 port then wired to that block yellow and green per the instructions on the website. Also wired power and ground to the black and red wires coming from the b122.

I have 2 other N2K ports available on the RD33. I put a drop cable into one for the spine and the RD33 sees the other components on the network...ie...TZT12 and the PG700.

I still have one open N2k port on the RD33

It may not see the B122 as a data source option since you have it wired via NMEA0183.
Go into Menu >I/O Setup > Data Sources > Depth and change it to NMEA0183, do you get depth data on the screen of the RD33?

Can I get a drawing of how everything is wired, just to make sure I understand you correctly of the wiring?

never saw an option for 0183
its sees everything on the N2K spine though.

I think something may be wrong w my wiring or a bad ducer.
I could swap out the B122 for?

Routed all the data from the new MFD's and fishfinders to the RD33 all systems working now.

I am still learning the new system. Didn't realize I needed to open the data ports to let the info flow into the spine

I think youre right.

That said, I was able to route all needed info from the new network to populate all the data I want on the monitor...ie depth, temp, heading etc
