Processor Unit RPU-025 for X-Band marine radar won't start

Hi everyone,
I am having a problem after the lightning with the Processor Unit: RPU-025 for X-Band Radar.

I have 230 VAC input, 7A fuse is fine, getting the power 230 VAC to the board.

The relay is clicking when I pressing the power button on the external keyboard.
So, the radar won't start.

Antenna unit looks fine though. I am sure the issue is in Processor Unit.

Do you have any suggestions: for the part I have to replace inside the unit or do I have to get a new piece?
