I have a 1761 mark 3 that has worked had some work done on the boat in the helm and now the radar will not come on meck ran a new 12 voltage power line but still nothing. do I need to get a new one or what.

I'm assuming you mean that the display will not turn on, as opposed to the radar simply not transmitting...
Check the fuse on the back of the display. Check to ensure the power wires are still connected well. Try using a different breaker because maybe it has a problem.

checked fuse seems as neither unit is powering up thanks

Have you checked pins 1 & 2 on the power cable plug (at the display) to see if 12VDC is present?
