Hello,
I'm having issues with my system, I'd appreciate any guidance.
SPECS:
2 Furuno TZT14 Displays
Furuno NAVpilot-711
Vesper Marine AIS
Furuno Radar Sensor
ISSUE:
While motoring and operating NAV and radar, suddenly got a repeating beep and ChartPlotter warning that POSITION HAD BEEN LOST. This corrected itself after a few reboots of the system. During the issue, I had no location on the screen and my AIS targets were not on screen....just a chart that was free to move around. The unit didn't know where I was.
Next day, same issue. Started to work again after a night at anchor.
Next day, same issue but will not sort out now, even after many reboots. Operating radar doesn't make a difference, radar does seem to be working but is showing on radar screen only, it's no longer overlaying on the chart plotter page. Upon start up it now has the warning CHART MASTER NOT DETECTED. The charts show but it's not tracking where my boat is nor is is showing my AIS target overlays.
Any help or suggestions would be great, thank you!
