I got a GP33 in a trade and did not get the power cable with it. I want to test the unit to see if it will power up. Does any one have a pin out diagram of the power input socket?

The GP33 comes with a 6m NMEA2000 cable that can plug into the NMEA2000 backbone on the boat and get power from it. If you’re not using or have NMEA2000 on the boat, you can cut one end (the end that would connect to the NMEA2000 backbone) and provide 12vdc to the Red (+) and Black (-). The pin out is Red pin 2 and Black pin 3.

Full pin-outs and color codes for any Furuno product is normally on the interconnection diagram at the back of the manual (pg S-1)

Dont havve the manual or the nmea plug. Does any one have the a diagram of the socket and pin numbers?

A NMEA cable can be obtained from a west marine or bad pro type of shop for around $15-20.
Nick the manuals are posted under the products at the Furuno USA website. Here is a snip from page S-1.
