NO audio alarm

I bought a used 1833C on Ebay, it works very well but It has no audio alarm whenever I got alarm message (no position or target in (out) the alarm zone). I can hear a beep sound very clear when I press any button or keypade. What's my problem?

Maybe someone turned off Alarms sound in the Alarm menu?
