New machine, working out the kinks: History Cube Mode in VERY DEEP water

Hi everyone, and thanks for any help on this! I have the TZTXL 13 with the 165t-50/200-Tm260 Transducer. Amazing machine!
I went out tuna fishing and ran into some problems: in the History Cube mode, it stopped working when it could no longer read the bottom (4000'). Is there a way to continue to use this screen, but limit it to only read the upper say 100' of the water column? This would be a very good screen to be able to see the fish under, or besides the boat while trolling to target for a bait stop.
I know with traditional sonar you can limit it to only "see" to a range you specify. Hoping this function is able to do that as well.
Here's a generic pic to show what screen I mean by history cube mode
Thanks for any help

The 3D history screen is only for the DFF3D multi-beam (Which normally works from about 30ft to around 900-1000ft). It can't be used to see your normal fish finder transducer. The DFF3D can not go deeper than the freq and power allows it to go. Very nice looking screen you have. Sounds like a nice setup.
