Users might have noticed some outages and slow performance with our support forum over the last couple of months. After 12 successful years on the current platform, it is time for us to update/refresh our infrastructure. Sometime in early February we plan to switch to a newer forum. The existing content over the years will be moved to the new platform and user login and password will not change. If you have an avatar you might need to reload it as the new forum will be slightly diffrent. No actions are required by users as the web site address will remain the same. We look forward introducing our loyal customers to an improved support forum very soon.

Welcome to the new support forum. We will continue some fine tweaks in the next few weeks as we all adapt. Please feel free to customize your avatars and add banners as long as it does not provide advertising or other forbidden items. We believe we managed to bring all the previous content over but if you are missing a recent post over the last day or two, you might need to re-post it as we could have lost a few posts in the transition.
