Dear titanic, thank you for the response, is there a possibility that furuno will produce more.
Not likely, in the 28khz, 38khz, and the 50khz frequency transducers all the 5kW ones are discontinued. What is the model number of the sounder you will be connecting to. Maybe we can find a high-power alternative to the CA50F-38.
The model we use is the FCV 1150 with a BT-5 dual frequency Booster box, the problem is that we accidentally damage it when servicing the boat.
The only option now for the BT-5 is the CA28F-72. The frequency is 28kHz and the power is double, 10kW. Please see the attached documents for dimensions and interconnect.
Dear Titanic, Currently I am looking for a CA50F-38 transducer, any one help, I need a new one or a used one as long as it is in good condition
for 28 Khz already install with CA28F-38M.

I must say finding a used one is going to be next to impossible. Furuno doesn't make them anymore.
This one is still made and will work with the FCV1150: CA50BL-24HR, FRP Transducer (BLT), Type 50BL-24HR, 3kW (No Plug). With this one connect it direct to the FCV1150 **DO NOT USE the BT-5 Booster box)
