NavPilot 711C/OB conversion from AP24

I have a two engine center console running 2 x MFD12, DFF1-UHD, DRS6, BBWX1, Furuno rate compass (not sure of model #) with a Simrad AP24. The autopilot is using all Simrad components at the moment (AC 42, RPU 160, RC 42, AP 24). I'm upgrading the MFD12s to TZT14s. When I installed the Simrad Autopilot I wasn't much concerned with being able to control it from the MFD12s which in hindsight was a short sighted decision. My question is can I use the Simrad RPU 160 pump with a 711C processor and control unit? I know the Simrad RC42 is going to be redundant.
