NavPilot 711 and TZT16F

I upgraded my displays from TZT14 and TZT9 to TZT16F and TZTL12F, when I tried to use the autopilot I got the "No NAV data Wait for 1 second", then I went to the Can Bus Data to make sure I have the 127245 on as it was off.

After exiting the setup menu I went back to try the autopilot again but noticed that the autopilot is no longer receiving any input from the TZT16F, after looking at the Incoming Can Bus Data page I don't even see the 127245 listed.

You checked the settings on the TZT 16F to ensure that it is set to output the navigation PGNs. Also sort of an obvious point but did you have the TZT 16F set to navigate to a waypoint when you checked the income PGNs on the 711C? It won't output the PGN otherwise.

Settings have been checked and are OK, Nav Pilot is selected on route settings. According to the manual PGN 129283-84-85 must be on, they were off, I turned them on but it came back to the same issue "No Nav Data wait for 1 second" I have communication between the TZT16F and the autopilot but something is missing.

Is sounds like the pilot hasn't been fully setup with the Nav Source being set to the TZT16F. Has all the sources including the Nav Source been set in the pilot?

So far I see data source pointing to Source2, which is the TZT16F. I also attached a few more pictures of the setup screens to see if anything is off.

I already asked the guys who installed the TZT16F to come back and check the setup.

NavData source should be set to "both" and not source2. The first unit powered on is the Data Master/talker for the 2000 bus. If you turn on the TZT2 first with it set to look at the 16", the pilot won't see data.

The NavData sentences 129283, 285, and 284 are for driving a pilot yet someone has turned them on to leave the pilot. That is pretty wrong unless good reason can be explained. These sentences are the ones that SHOULD b turned on from the plotters (HOME - SETTINGS - INITIAL SETUP - PGN Output). Turning them on the pilot opens things up for some serious data loops. I would turn those off but ensure they are turned ON from the plotter.

Your running a mixed system of TZT2 and TZT3. What versions of software do you have in each system?
You show NMEA 0183 data going out to sending repeated heading. Where is this 0183 going?
