Navnet VX1 RDP139 Waypoint Transfer

Hi Everyone,
I'm looking for some information on how to transfer waypoints from my Furuno RDP 139. I Purchased a boat with this machine and it has some waypoints in it I would like to load to my other machines. I currently use Andren software Sea Marks for all of my Data transfers. I see from reading other Posts that I could use a USB-7PN-CBL and the Andren software. Do any of you know what format the waypoints will be in for the VX1? Also, where can I get the cable if it's even still available? Thanks for the help everyone I appreciate it!

You can order the cable from any authorized Furuno USA dealer or reseller. The format when transferred in that method will be in raw ASCII format that Andren calls Furuno - FPEC.

Thanks for the help. I have the cable and hooked everything up but the navnet is not showing up on the computer? Is their any settings i need to change on it?

Your PC software needs to be pointed to the correct virtual com port that is created when the USB is inserted. For troubleshooting, if you have hyperterminal, you can bring up a window of the com port and should see data when you conduct the transfer.
