Guys this may have been suggested before. But please ask the developers to either allow screen rotation on the ipad app or change the orientation. The way it is now you can only use the app with the ipad horizontal. Its native position is vertical and the screen loses around 50 percent of its brightness when rotated horizonal. The polarizing filter on the ipad interferes with polarized glasses when rotated sideways. Which every offshore fisherman is wearing. This makes it very difficult to use with sunglasses. Thank you.

The remote app that mirrors works only in landscape. The mirroring doesn't fully fill the page because it must support many older and newer tablets. The polarizing filter of the iPad is set to landscape. That is the hardware design that is controlled by Apple not Furuno. We have no control over the Apple products. No matter what app, if your sunglasses has problems seeing the screen with the polarizing filter of the iOS product, we cant fix that within the app software. I am not sure Apple can fix it either but you could ask them.
