Navionics datacore update

I purchased a Navionics Datacore license a couple years ago when it was at V02. Since the charts are now at V06, I downloaded the latest versions. However, I cannot use them with the unlock code I purchased, they remain locked. Am I doing something wrong or is the license only good for one version of the Datacore charts?

When you purchase charts you are entitled to the licence you purchase. The unlock code will unlock the purchased charts and any OLDER versions of that chart. To obtain newer versions of that chart it requires an upgrade with your dealer (normally half of normal price) no matter how many versions you are behind the update is the same cost. If you wish to run the newest version, your dealer would need to process an upgrade order for you using your system ID. You would then receive a newer unlock code that would unlock the current version.
