Nav pilot 300 remote won't turn on

My nav pilot 300 remote won't turn on, changed the batteries but still nothing. I noticed they're 700$ on some websites. Can I send the remote to Camas for repair ?

It can certainly can be evaluated for repair. If a repair option can't be provided, then no evaluation fee is charge. You would only need to pay for any return shipping. Evaluation fee (currently $140) is only charged if you are given a repair option and don't proceed with the repair. I recommend removing the batteries prior to shipment.

When mine wont turn on i tap the battery cover on my steering wheel, seems to work??
