N3D MFD12 Front Panel

I have damaged the plastic front panel (fascia) on my MFD12, does Furuno still supply spares for these units? Are you able to provide a part number to help me source one?

I purchased a replacement MFD12 bezel part 001038170 but the bezel did not come with the little NavNet door for the card. Is that a separate part?
