Multi Channel Chirp Transducer Y Cable

FRU-MJ10CCB12-300 is listed as an adapter cable to connect a LH chirp transducer like a 265LH variant to an FCV 800. Does this effectively split the L/H frequencies so that the 10 pin ends essentially each see single frequency chirp transducers? For example, could you connect a B265LH transducer to this cable and then connect one of the 10 pin ends to the FCV 800 XDR2 port to have the high frequency on that unit and the other 10 pin end to another single frequency chirp transducer 10 pin port like on a GP1971F to have the low chirp displayed there?

I guess this thread is asking the same thing. Funny it should get bumped same time I posted. I had searched for the part number and hadn't found anything relevant before posting. Seems official answer is no it won't work, but in real life it is working minus temp. Any other "official" feedback is welcome!

anowal01,

That is not designed to be ran in that fashion. Part number 001-636-150-00 is the correct Y-Cable to be used with the FCV800 to run a multi-channel chirp transducer such as the B265LH or the B275LHW.
