After installing a TZT2 and having the touch screen becoming slow to respond to touch sense I decided to install the MCU 2 remote. It works great but now that I updated the 3.01 software the response time on the screen is much better and I still use it most of the time unless the touch slows down then I go back to the remote. Also the remote is nice to have as the MOB button is always available on the remote and very fast to use for mom or marking quick waypoints while moving fast. I don't have the SD card reader so can't comment on that but I'm probably going to get a usb splitter or hum so i can keep a flash drive in the seconed usb input on the splitter for backing up.
