MFDBB memory

How much memory is supposed to be on a black box system? Minus the old motherboard style. When the system comes up it is counting up to 256 Mb. I remember possibly counting to a higher number during the boot sequence?

If you are seeing 256, you must be looking at the video ram numbers on boot-up. The MFDBB wouldn't even boot up with 256MB. I believe the normal SDRAM is 1GB, if I recall correctly.

We have 1Gb as 2x512Mb SD RAM on ours.
Could you please confirm what's the max compatible RAM for MFDBB? (DDR2-667)

The motherboard will support a max of 2GB.
