Map details are missing and coastal features are missing. Fishing charts don’t have contours of sea bed

Make sure you have the chart loaded, selected, and range in and out because it changes based on range. The NN3D units while getting a bit old they normally had the free fishing chart loaded. The free fishing charts when loaded do have areas where it has no bathy. If you are in one of those areas then the $100 C-map bathy map purchase might be needed to provide what you are seeking. It would be best to contact tech support with your system ID and we can see what has been licenced against that system.

Hey Johnny,
Glad I found this thread.

I'm having the same issue. When visiting the C-Map chart purchase webpage however (https://www.c-map.com/search-charts?mapRange=DISCOVER) our NN3D units are not listed in the "Chartplotter Model" dropdown menu. The webpage further lists a "Compatibility List" link (https://www.c-map.com/device-search/) which in turn provides a "compatibility with legacy products - MM3D" link (https://www.c-map.com/all-charts/mm3d/). Scrolling down this page, you finally come across a "Buy Now" link (https://mytimezero.com/charts-catalog/list) which takes you to a Timezero page listing the various charts. After choosing a chart from this list, TimeZero asks if you would like to buy this chart. You are then taken to the TimeZero Store page (https://store.mytimezero.com/home/Store#/tzmap) showing various charts and their costs ($250), only after your requirement to first purchase the TZ Navigator package for $400. This chart package doesn't mention anything about these charts being MM3D compatible with our units.

Do you have another purchase outlet for these $100 bathy charts you speak of?

Please un-confuse me. :)

Use the FurunoUSA.com website under discover products... discover all products and you will see the available chart options including the C-map charts in the MM3 format.
