LS - 6100

Hello;
Can anyone advise me on troubleshooting my LS - 6100 unit? I understand it is 13 years old, but it looks like new and has been well protected inside our cabin. I have confirmed that the 1Amp fuse and 3-pin power is working. However, I cannot get the display to power up. I tried using methods on page 22 of the owner’s manual, but without success. Is it feasible to send in the unit for analysis? Or is there something else I can try? Thank

Parts are no longer available for the LS6100 and any internal repair would not be possible. Our bench techs can evaluate it to see if there is anything they can do ($140) and if they can repair it would be repair cost and return shipping. If they can't offer a repair, then it would be just the return shipping cost. On average for an old unit like this, the money would likely be better spend on a working used unit.
