Lost all signal from transducer

vx2 was working as usual turned on this am and no signal from tx ducer light 2 sec blink tried both auto and manual modes, cleaned ground, checked fuses, re booted, looked @ switch settings under rubbr plug , 1down 2 ctr up last down as book suggests. tried secondary transducer still no /picture . Called navionics in kittery.
what's next?
got a charter on sunday not happy
