I'm lost

Okay I sort of figured out my previous problem with my unit not sharing waypoints. I powered up the displays and I switched the bottom screen over to chartplotter. The chartplotter seemed to be "locked up" it would not show the current location on the screen. Here is a screen shot.


I could not figure out what I had done to make this happen so I reset the unit. After it powered back up the vessel icon was correct and showed me at the dock but the vessel icon pointed off in a random direction. The heading bar was correct though.
What in the ******** have I done? I am lost

figured it out and I kinda feel stupid, the vessel icon was set to COG. I set it back to Heading, all is good.
