TZT14 has no internal GPS. It should not be set to regurgitate GPS without a very good reason to do so.

I now have all PNG turned off except the three mentioned in post #19 for controlling the autopilot.
I do not know what the RDS SENDER NMEAD sensor is. Not even a good guess. I do have a RD-33 on the can bus but it is almost always turned off, including today.
I have changed the preferred sensors as to as described in posts 16 on EXCEPT when I open the sensor dropdown list for TWA/TWD/TWS there is no sensor available except Navpilot-700. FI-501 is not a choice!
I changed FI-503 to instance number 001 but when I rebooted the plotter it was back to instance number 000. Not sure how to handle that.
None of these changes helped with the BTW and CTS problem. I am wondering if that problem is due to something the autopilot should be outputting but is not?
We are at anchor today so no info on if any change to the VMG behavior.

You might check it when the boat is moving. You might be able to select it if the sentence is developed/output. If not then no worries, you have no source so it can just be left as is. The MFD can calculate TRUE based on MagVar, Speed, and heading so once moving the MFD should still offer to show TRUE if you wish.
Yes. there appears to be nothing outputting True wind, but the plotter calculates it correctly.

Ensure that you are not mixing TRUE settings and MAG settings both in the machine. I recommend everything be setup to show MAG. TRUE is mostly used in commercial market. That TZT series has been around for many years and never seen this type of issue reported so it is likely something in the settings or installation. If it is a obscure software bug, they are long past releasing software for that series so the best hopefully find the cause or a work around that works for you. Maybe it somehow relates to that RDS SENDER NMEAD sensor you have because that isn't something I have seen before either.
