Heading sensor

My network has 148 ( 1734C) with radar on a hub with 149.
The heading sensor C-2000 is connected to the 149 ( the unit without the radar).

Will this function properly or does the heading sensor have to be connected to the 148 unit that has the radar attached?

Also where is the cart source setting? I can't seem to find it in the inst manual and I want to share the chart from the 149 to the 148.

If the two units are networked together, you just need to make sure you are outputting HDG from the unit with the heading sensor to share the information across the network.

If the RDP148 and RDP149 are running the exact same software and version number, you can share chart information.
