HDMI Input Touch Output

I recently purchased a 16xl.
Also bought a OTG cable that connects USB2 to micro-USB.
When I connected to iPhone, Galaxy Tab, laptop with touchscreen, it all worked fine.
But after some time, nothing would work. i have two cables but both won't work.
Anyone having similar problem? Is USB2 port easily malfunction like this? I updated to the latest version as well.

I have noted the software doesn't like items being connected and disconnected during operations. It also doesn't seem to like it if the video and resolutions are being changed/swapped. Never take the MFD output video to more than one device without proper amplified splitters. The video input/output works best to stick with the same device/resolution connected and never connect or disconnect cables while the equipment is energized. In your case if not working, I would recommend backing up your points/routes/tracks that you might want and factory clear the unit to defaults and also conduct the memory cache clear. Give it time because the memory cache will look like it is off but it still be working and the backlight of the buttons (or power led) will flash showing it is still finishing. Wait until it comes full back running. Then turn off and install the connection/video and bring it back up and try to turn on the HDMI input etc and see if it fixes it. I have seen two case like yours and both resolved by clearing to defaults and clearing the cache. Hopefully it helps in your case. If it still doesn't work then it would need to be evaluated for repair/warranty.
