Can I connect nema 0183 to my ais vhf, and nema 2000 to 1 of my nema 2000 networks at the same time from gp1871f ? Also will this unit support 50 feet of transducer cable (catamaran it is a long way to port bilge)?

Yes the GP1871F can support using NMEA 0183 and NMEA 2000 at the same time.
You can have a max of 60 ft of total transducer cable before you will start impacting performance.

Thanks for the reply, also can I split screen on gp1871f or 1971f, and have chartplotter on one screen , radar on other? That way I can save a thousand or so to overlay radar, which I don't really need anyways.

Yes, if you have the DRS4W radar; you can split the screen and run half plotter and half screen radar. As you say; heading isn't need for that.
