GP1871f and 525TMD TID transducer

I recently purchased a GP1871f and 525TMD TID. When I look at the transducer list, it doesn’t show up. Any one else encounter this problem?

If you have TID, you don't normally go into the model list, it would say TID as it self selects. When you say the transducer list doesn't show up, that would be pretty normal when the machine recognizes and shows TID.

Okay thanks for the info. I think I jumped the gun and tried selecting a transducer before it arrived. When I didn’t see it on the list, I selected 50/200 1kw. I’ll reset my setting and hopefully I’ll get better results. Thanks!
