My GP 1870 F screen is occasionally freezing with all controls non functional. Switching off the power supply and waiting 5 minutes and the unit loads up normally. also the cursor often refuse to scroll right. Other directions work fine. Any advice?
 
It almost sounds like you have a button sticking. I would recommend turning the unit OFF and going through all your buttons firmly making sure each are felt to be switching and nothing is stuck, then power up and try.
