GP 170 - GPS firmware update

A long shot here - but does anyone know how to update the software on the GP-170? I see there was a release in December. When I go to the menu to update the GPS software that option is greyed out.

The GP170 is a commercial product not covered here in this consumer equipment forum. It would be recommended that you reach out to your Furuno dealer.
