Furuno TZT2 Tides

Hi guys! Need some help here, my TZT2 does not have any tide information. When i want to view the tide station it says "no tide information" my mates are running the same units and do not have any problems. We all have the same mapmedia vector and fishing charts. Is this perhaps an incorrect setting?
